Bad Debts
team to focus on recovering high amount outstanding.

Warning Team of any Corporation should also focus on recovering high
amounts in addition to their objective of reducing number of ceased accounts.
3.
Corporate
team to put more effort study all categories of ‘V’,
arrange necessary action to major customers and request monthly meeting with SMB
and Enterprise to follow up their debt recovery.
4.
Hire
part timers temporarily in order to clear the back log -recommend 2 staff
for each .
5.
Allowing
1 Staff to visit defaulters in order to collect cheques, cash or arrange
agreement in case the defaulter can’t come for any reason.
6.
IT staff
to be hired in order to develop in-house programs like Dubai, Abu Dhabi
region…etc. especially with the delay of HO-IT progress.
7.
Reward the
best monthly Collector annually in any occasion, for example HR annual
party…etc., in order to create a competitive environment.

To
follow-up of the news paper again, especially for FZC, LLC, LTD…etc. in
order to update our file in case of changes and to follow the defaulters and ban
them from changes.

Re-activate sending letters to schools, teachers to reminding them to pay
their dues before leaving the country, especially prior to summer vacations.
10. Re-activate
sending bulk SMS automatically to the linked accounts of defaulter account.
11. Build
a good relationship with other authorities & departments such like
Hamriyah Free Zone, Saif Free Zone, Economic of Department…etc. in order to
receive the best cooperation in case of any inquiry or objection by dealing
with them personally or via SMB/Enterprises. ?
12. Arrange
with Local Economic Department to put condition of NOC for any change of
trade license.
13. Start
taking personal undertaking from UAE nationals
or at least from the Expatriate for LLC companies as we are doing with the
Service Agent companies.
14.
Activate sending letters & Email to defaulters reminding them to pay
their dues. This can be in case of abnormal usage, final warning i.e., when ever
necessary.

in case the defaulted account is settled.

Centralize the Collection Teams
in one
Department under HO-Finance & to keep only a representative in each region. This
will put all the efforts in one target & goal & will definitely reduce the

10. Utilizing
our reliable database, resources, and experience and expert manpower by
opening a collection Business Unit under Etisalat Holding, which will deal with
Etisalat or any Corporation or Est. & other clients as well, and will make
contracts with other Collection agency all over the world in order to collect
the debts ....etc.
11. Prepare
a study of the potential new rules, policy, laws, regulation ...etc. in
order to implement immediately to face the Global Financial/Economical Crises in
Credit Control point of view (if needed).
